3. Conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
3.2 By clicking the “Buy now” button, you are making a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.
4. Prices and shipping costs
4.1 All prices are stated in UAE dirhams and include VAT, where applicable.
4.2 In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs for delivery. These will be clearly communicated to you during the ordering process.
5. Delivery conditions
5.1 Delivery takes place within the UAE to the delivery address you specify.
5.2 Delivery times depend on the product and are stated during the ordering process. Any delays will be communicated to you immediately.
6. Payment

9.1 The statutory warranty law of the UAE applies.
9.2 We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use of the products.
9.3 Our liability for breaches of contractual obligations and tort is limited to intent and gross negligence.

11. Final provisions
11.1 The law of the United Arab Emirates applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
11.2 Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The statutory provisions shall take the place of the invalid provision.
11.3 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships is Dubai, UAE.
